On December 19, 2025, the road connecting Gia Binh Airport to Hanoi and the redevelopment project along the To Lich River were simultaneously launched, joining a nationwide series of 234 projects and developments commenced across Vietnam.

One project lays the foundation for stronger regional connectivity and new growth opportunities between Bac Ninh and Hanoi. The other reimagines an urban landscape closely connected to the daily life and identity of the Capital. While different in purpose, both projects share the same vision: creating better spaces for people, communities, and future generations.
