Positioned as a nationwide annual initiative, Inspire Fest 2026 is held under the direction of the Vietnam Youth Federation and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, with the Vietnam Youth with Disabilities Association serving as the lead organizer. The program aims to strengthen connections among communities, businesses, and people with disabilities, fostering a more inclusive and sustainable society where no one is left behind.

The launch events officially introduced The Inspirers Awards, honoring individuals and organizations that have made meaningful contributions to supporting people with disabilities. The program also featured two public talk shows: "The Inspirers – Family as the Foundation of Resilience" in Da Nang and "Youth with Disabilities in the New Era" in Ho Chi Minh City, creating meaningful spaces for dialogue, inspiration, and greater community engagement.
